2009 02 10@09:45 --  Newsflash #2:  I added a quick new article to the current Welcome/The Latest Word inventory.  After noting that the round robin prev/next ordering is the ordering in the article manager list,  starting with the first article,  I manually moved the new article to the top of the 6 item list one list position at a time.  I also annotated each article in the list with its list position.  After this experiment,  circa 09:45,  I have to take a break from further experiments today due to my personal life's  "have go do" queue...
