2009 02 18@13:13 -- NEWSFLASH #1:   Offline yesterday and this morning,  I wrote a new Welcom piece based on a similar piece on my 2006 site.   I finished it offline,  saved its html form in the directory WEL,  then filezilla'd WEL up to the site.  On the site,  I connected the new Welcome to the Wrapper connection of the "top" menu.   On preview,  it is clear to me that I have too many words in too large a type size.  So,  back offline now,  reduce the source  type size from 12  to 9, and perhaps cut out some text...
