2009 04  26@14:52 - Just tweaked copy of my article "OOWriter Multi-Paragraph Borders HTML Bug"first posted 04/24.  I added a bookmark/hyperlink "Attention OOWriter Developers" with a request -- complete with my e-mail -- that said developers get in touch with me re my testing any updated HTML output mechanisms...  This is an experiment -- I will also actively start searching Open Office.org site re how I can get involved with further development of OOWriter (as a testing user.) One of these channels may eventually get through...

Today,  I completed my article "OOWriter Multi-Paragraph Borders HTML Bug" about the OOWriter HTML output mechanism's current  inability to generate the HTML form of a border around multiple paragraphs.  Instead the output is a separate border for each individual paragraph - WYSINWYG whereas bug free WYSIWYG would require one border around the group of paragraphs as in the source document!   See this item temporarily at the top of my Main Menu.
