2009 02 09@09:52 to 11:00 -- NEWSFLASH #2:    I found that top menu items have the opportunity to select an image which hangs down from the top menu.  Menu images selected for Main Menu and Other menu do not allow such an image to be specified.  When such a menu image appears,  then the whole image is sensitive to mouse clicks to select the item as if the top menu button it replaces had been selected.  Rules for specifying image sizes need to be scoped out relative to the rest of the page!
