2009 02 14@15:35 -- NEWSFLASH  #2 - Yes,  I can link from a Wrapper article as the example on site now shows.  But the link out of the wrapper is one way only with no history!  The behavior cited in my previous  newsflash (#1 on 2009 02 14) no longer obtains:  the link to www.cnn.com leaves my original frame sans wrapper content on the screen for a few seconds,  then goes to the full screen www.cnn.com normal brower display.
