2009 02 16@13:42 -- NEWSFLASH #1: I solved the problem of the rogue partial display with the URL error that kept appearing on the beta site when previewed or accessed without Joomla admin. I may have created a "mod_wrapper" module named "Wrapper!" which was not needed. It turns out that whatever OOW-html article is uploaded and linked to a type "wrapper>>wrapper" entry in the top menue becomes the wrapper display on the site...
