2009 02 23@15:27 -- NEWSFLASH  #4:  I now have "Carl's Thoughts" as the mainmenu at left,  an optional "CH Joomla site notes" as the othermenu underneath it,  and a "projectmenu" in the right column position... The next step will be to put a "Jean and Carl" menue underneath the "Projects Menu" at the right...  I will place miscellaneous pointers in the "main menu."   The results are close to being interesting now.
