2009 03 22@22:45 -- NEWSFLASH: I created a model article file today reworked from an earlier version.  I use this model as a starting point for new or previously written offline articles of mine to post on  my Joomla site.  As part of my tutorial approach to Joomla on the site,  I will shortly use this model as a starting point for combining my earlier "How To Post an Article" writing with additional writings on my detailed philosophy & techniques of offline article creation to achieve my goals as I develop my site...
