2009 11 23@20:39 NEWSFLASH - On our way to dinner November 21,  Jean & I noticed that the forms had been removed from the nearby Fishers Road overpass of the New York Thruway.  Today I captured two images of the now fixed bridge.  Then I used GIMP to crop & enhance a section of the dark bridge underside.  Then I wrote my Epilog II to Your Tolls (Taxes) @ Work? The fixed overpass is a concrete work of beauty now.  Of course the naked re-bar on the overpass wing walls remains to be patched in the future....
