2010 05 13@13:13 NEWSFLASH - I spent most of February thru early April 2010 designing a fix for my Dual Display Stand:  I found that the upper LCD must be tilted forward by 20 degrees for optimal visibility from my workstation seat.  To do this stably I needed to make my LCD Tilt Frame to rigidly hold the LCD Element sans original base in position.  After this year's AMW in April I tweaked the article to the point of posting it today on my site...
