2010 05 30 @ 17:53 EDT NEWSFLASH-my 2003 purchased HP Pavilion 783c Apollo stopped working-same XP desktop&icons, mouse points but will not click. Only way to shut down is to kill power. Known working May 2010 LUGOR meeting Ubuntu 10.04 live CD now does not boot (BIOS error.) I'll take it to J&NCS in Fairport NY. They replaced my early 2009 failed laptop hard disk. They saved all my files & quickly returned a restored laptop. I concentrate now on the new Fedora 13 installation on Zeus (my new WWW-DEV engine.)
